Chick-Fil-A Cares

One of my colleagues always sends out information on generational data (since we're in HR, this stuff is interesting to us!), and different methods of getting employees engaged and motivated. This one was linked to the email today, and it really just proves that getting a little creative and going that extra mile can do wonders for your business. The video also makes a great point about stopping to think about others and how every life has a story. Makes me think that I need to be more thoughtful in my interactions with others...especially when I'm frustrated (can we say M-U-N-I). Click here to read the article/see the video. It's worth it!
