Poffertjes!

This weekend Nolan and I tried making (finally) one of his favourite Dutch specialties: poffertjes. These are basically a variation on pancakes, but the recipe calls for a few differences and the cooking style is very different:

But when all is said and done, they look like puffy mini pancakes:

Also: they are delicious.
